The Building Process
Stress Free with Nicholas Homes
- We will assist you in finding the floor plans or exciting Homes that best meet your criteria.
- We will guide you through the paperwork process,
making sure to answer all your questions, and address your concerns.
- Your earnest money will be held in escrow, and credited to you at closing.
- When completed, an appointment with the design center will be scheduled where you will go to make all your selections, including cabinetry, flooring, lighting and colors with Tammy Johnson at The Market House by Design.
- After the "frame" of the house is built you will have a scheduled appointment with the builder to view your home - a frame / electrical walk through. Please plan to take time off from work to be available to inspect your home.
- During the construction of the house after the cabinets and lighting are installed a construction walk through will be scheduled.It is exciting to see your house during this construction phase
- Approximately two weeks before closing you will attend a punch walk through at which time you will be able to address any items that need to be corrected.
- After completion, you will have a scheduled appointment with Nicholas Homes for a final walk through. You will receive a folder with your warranty information, telephone numbers and guidelines about how to care for your new home
- It is Nicholas Homes policy to go to closing with NO punch items remaining.
- After the closing, you will be given the keys to your new home.
